So Happy!

So... I got my taxes back! Yippee! I am so excited.. Just in time for Vegas! With my taxes I decided I needed to UPGRADE to a new computer.. The computer that I had was a OLD SCHOOL computer!

Yes that is what it really looks like... the old one! I seriously felt like I was using the very first computer ever made.. in the stone age!... Yes, I did get it for dirt cheap and I knew that I only had to have it until I got the taxes back!
I have been doing my research and new exactly what I wanted! On Saturday, I started looking a little more.. I looked into the adds and went to Office Max.. I know.. All the other stores out there and I go there! Don't ask me why, but it was the best deal..

So, now it is a non computer person talking.... I talked to alot of different people and asked them what they would buy. I did research on all of it.. I knew that I needed a 3GB computer, (dont ask me what that is!) So.. looking into the stores.. Office Max had a wonderful deal.. $200 cheaper than Best Buy and Circuit City... So along with the laptop, I got this wonderful.. Wireless printer... I am so excited!
Now I don't need to ask my mom to copy and print off all of the papers that I need done for Lia Sophia!

SiLLy SocK dAy.....

Harley had SiLLy SocK dAy at school today! She was way excited to be able to wear funny socks. Mom took her to look for some socks to wear and could not find any socks in her size that had prints on them. So they got the bright idea that me being the crafty one, I could sew stuff onto them. Harley and mom went and got stuff to put on her socks. Harley came home with Easter eggs, necklaces, little dragon flies and a puzzle. I decided to cut the necklaces and sew them onto her socks. If you look close her socks are argyle print and then each leg has a couple dragon flies on it as well as the two necklaces! Harley wanted to wear her brown knee high boots today, I told her that no one would be able to see her socks if she wore them. So she put on her clogs. (that is what the fur is at her ankles!)

Ten Years ago! I was 16... a sophomore in High School.. working at Barry's and Hogi Yogi.. being a sluffer and boy crazy! I did not care about school and yeah.. Being a teenager!

2. Pick up the kids from daycare, after driving in this crappy weather!
3. straighten the house....make it look somewhat presentable
4. Go to moms and do a birthday present! Yippee.. Erika is 2....=)

Nascar... Vegas!

2 weeks....
I am so excited! I have not been to Vegas since my SENIOR TRIP! I can not wait to go.... and then Nascar... that is a major plus too. I have always wanted to go to a Nascar race... I can not believe that it is FINALLY happening!

So, I get to sit and watch cars go around in circles! Camp out and enjoy the nice WARM weather! I am so glad that I will be able to see the SUN, especially after a day like today!

Why does this day have to happen? I personally love this day, but when you are single, can we not just skip over it....? Really, all you do is see all these amazing presents and flowers that all these girls are getting..... Really..... I want to send myself flowers or go buy me this amazing piece of jewelry to make myself feel better.. but then I would have to fork up the money!

What a nightmare

On Sunday, right as I was getting ready to go to Trent and Em's house for a family Super Bowl Party... I woke Oak up from his nap and he was EXTREMELY hot! I took his temp and it was 104.4 I decided to sit at home with him and take care of my little one...

I did the things that moms do.. Tylenol, cold bath, juice and some TLC.. He fell asleep so I watched the football game..(might I say what a good game!) During half time his temp came back up and he started to have flu like symptoms..

After a few hours of cuddling and trying to clean him up.. His temp went BACK up to 104.5 It was 11:30PM and I decided that I needed to take him to the ER.. Yeah, I can not go to the close hospital in Payson. I had to go to Provo... Yuck and talk about SNOW..

So we got to the E.R. and they took him in, did the normal routine and then we sat there.. FOR 2 HOURS for them to tell me to take him home. His temp went down a Full degree in 2 hours. Well we got home at 3am and little Oakley was wide awake... He did not want to go to sleep!

What a cute little Stinker! Oakley was at the babysitters house and was crying.. I think that he is getting a few more teeth in.. Emily pulled out the camera and started taking pictures of him. He started to smile and giggle.. Here are some pics from the day!

Oakley has been playing with blankets alot.. He keeps on putting them on his head and running around. Emily said that Harley was asleep, as you can tell, and Oakley was bugging her! Take a look at the scene!
