MeMoRy LaNe....

I saw this on Ashley's blog and had fun sharing memories with her. It will be fun especially if everyone will join in! Here are the directions:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew us a little or a lot, anything you remember, good or bad but be nice!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments. Please keep it going. ENJOY :)

We have so many memories together, but this one makes me laugh all the time. I remember in your old house down in the basement, we would play and sing songs. One day when we were about 6 or 7, you were teaching me the 2nd and 3rd verses of "I am a Child of God" and instead of singing "and so my needs are great," you taught me that it was "and so my knees are grey" (I just thought it was some praying reference)! I also remember how bossy we both were and we would boss each other and everyone else around...and do you remember us dressing like each other? I even have home videos of us wearing "twinner" dresses. The scar on my arm reminds me of when you were doing my hair one day (again, we were about 6 or 7 but you were always the beauty queen!) and you accidentally dropped the curling iron on my arm! Ok, just one more - Remember when you used to listen to Tiffany? One day, I remember walking by your bathroom and you were going potty listening to the radio and singing "radio, radio romance! Radio, radio romance!" Oh, fun memories!!!

one i can think of is when we were driving home from cokeville and there was a lot of traffic and we got stuck behind this slow truck so we decided on my advice to get off the off ramp and get right back on the freeway to pass the truck...that was some fun times in the car when you'd come along.

My memory.. your family was living in the townhome in SF, and you were alwyas doing your own hair. I can't remember how old we were, but I just vividly remember you taking me into the bathroom and showing me how to do my own hair. LOL. There are lots of memories, we grew up together! But that is one that always stuck out in my mind. Love ya!

I remember family reunions at my grandpa's place. I remember the barn dance that we would have at night. I always thought it was weird that the only people that we had options of dancing with were our own cousins...

I remember how sweet I thought you were when you came to see us after we had Cadence and brought us that really cute outfit for her. By the way I don't think I ever sent you a thank you card for that so I'm sorry, but Thank you!

I also have a lot of memories of our childhood. I remember your brother being mean to us when we were too loud. I also remember jumping on the trampoline and eating toast, for some strange reason! I'm pretty sure I remember driving around to go trick or treating in the back of your mom's white jeep!

As much time as we use to spend together during the summer at each other's houses, I only have a few memories...

1)Spending a week at a time at each other's houses, but sometimes you would cry for your mom because you missed her.

2)Eating Ramen at your house and putting butter in it.. I still put butter in my chicken ramen.

3)At night we would softly tickle each other's back and arms.. we even set your alarm clock to go off so we would switch turns.

Oh yea.... I do have a few more.. walking or riding our bikes to the grocery store by your house to get stickers.. one time when we were eating dinner at your house your dad said something about John Waybe riding peeshooter in heaven.

I think the thing I remember the most was the time I think Shari and I had spent time at your house, and you and your parents were bringing us back to Cokeville, and right outside of Evanston some retard cut off your dad (or something like that) and we ended up off the road...Haha, I don't remember exactly what happened, I just remember your dad swearing and we had been run off the road...Geeze, that was FOREVER ago!
